Dr Mohammad Meibar is Health Programme Manager of the NGO, Multi Aid Programs (MAPS) Lebanon and a Syrian refugee. Here he talks about his experiences as part of the Majdal Anjar Municipal Health Committee; local health system governance, decision making and the implications for health services in Syria.
