Val Percival on The Lancet Commission on Peaceful Societies through Health Equity and Gender Equality
The Lancet Commission on Peaceful Societies through Health Equity and Gender Equality is an independent and interdisciplinary initiative of 20 Commissioners and other collaborators, originally set up in 2019 to explore the untapped intersections between Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 for health and well-being, SDG 5 on gender equality, and SDG 16 for peace, justice, and strong institutions. Val Percival was a member of that team. She is also a member of ReBUILD’s Consortium Advisory Group and spoke about the Commission as part of our 2023 consortium workshop.
